# Do you offer refunds?

We print exactly what is submitted.

Designr Pro is not responsible for:

- Misspelled text
- Incorrect sizing
- Low-resolution files
- Incorrect colors selected
- Placement errors in uploaded designs

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately after placing your order.
Changes can only be made **before production begins**.

Once production has started, no edits or cancellations are possible.
