# What file format do you accept?

For best results, we recommend:

- PNG format
- Transparent background (for DTF or custom prints)
- 300 DPI resolution
- Correct sizing before upload

We may also accept:

- High-resolution JPG
- PDF (print-ready)

We do not recommend:

- Screenshots
- Low-resolution images
- Images copied from social media

Poor quality files will result in poor print quality.

Customers are responsible for ensuring files are print-ready.
