# What if there is an issue with my design?

We print exactly what is submitted.

Designr Pro is not responsible for:

- Low-resolution files
- Misspelled text
- Incorrect sizing
- Incorrect color selection
- Design placement errors caused by uploaded artwork

If we notice a major issue, we may contact you before printing. However, final responsibility for file accuracy remains with the customer.

We strongly recommend uploading:

- PNG files
- Transparent background
- 300 DPI resolution
- Correct sizing
