# Why is my order on hold?

An order is placed **On Hold** when payment has not yet been confirmed.

This usually happens when:

- You selected **Bank Transfer**
- Payment has not yet cleared in our account
- Proof of payment has not been received (if requested)

Production will not begin until payment is fully confirmed.
